Payment / Dispatch
Payments shall be made via in advance bank transfer, credit card, PayPal.
If you choose to pay via bank transfer, we will send you our bank account details together with our order confirmation. Delivery will be made after receipt of payment.
To ensure a prompt and trouble-free delivery of your order, we work closely with a reliable partner: the Deutsche Post World Net that includes DHL, the group's express and logistics provider.
We only deliver to countries within the European Union.
In general, goods will be despatched within two to five days after receipt of payment.
Should the despatch time be later, we will notify you on the relevant product page.
If we cannot deliver because the goods ordered are not available, we shall notify you immediately.
Goods are shipped five days a week, with no despatches made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Although we put a lot of care into shipping your parcels, transport damage can never be excluded. We will of course replace the damaged articles in such cases.
However, please note the following procedure:
Immediately upon receipt of the goods, the delivery company must be advised of any detectable transport damage and asked for confirmation in writing. Should there be heavy damage to the carton that leads you to suspect that the acoustic panels have been damaged, we recommend that you refuse to accept the delivery.
