Accessibility statement

At soniflex, we firmly believe that an online shop should be easy to use for everyone — regardless of any limitations. That is why we are constantly working to make our website accessible and to comply with the requirements of the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG).

1. Scope and purpose of this statement

This statement refers to our online shop www.soniflex.com. It describes the extent to which our website is currently accessible, the measures we have already implemented and what we are currently working on.

2. Our current status

We are systematically adding alt text to images so that they can also be captured and read aloud by screen readers. This improves accessibility for people with visual impairments and sends a clear signal for digital inclusion.

We are currently in the process of correctly labelling all interactive elements such as buttons and links and ensuring that they are fully keyboard accessible.
This ensures that our digital offerings can be used comfortably and without barriers, even without a mouse – an important step towards greater accessibility and usability.

Further measures – such as testing, adapting forms and more complex components – are currently in the planning or implementation phase.

We are aware that we do not yet fully meet all requirements – we therefore ask for your understanding. At the same time, we are working continuously and step by step to remove existing barriers and make our digital offerings accessible to everyone.

3. How you can let us know about barriers

If you encounter any difficulties or barriers when visiting our website — for example, when navigating with the keyboard, reading with screen readers or filling out forms — we would appreciate your feedback. Please send a short message indicating the page/function where the barrier occurred to: sales@soniflex.de

We will endeavour to review your feedback as quickly as possible and make adjustments where possible.

4. Updating the statement

We will review and update this statement regularly — at least once a year or after major changes to our website. This will ensure that you, as a user, always have an up-to-date overview of the status of our accessibility.
