Our soni SPECIAL ADHESIVE is an ideal adhesive for spot and full-surface fixation of sound-insulation materials and acoustic elements made of open-cell foam, especially melamine and PUR foams.
The solvent-free, stable soni SPECIAL ADHESIVE provides excellent adherence to typical building materials, such as concrete, plaster, masonry, cement and wood. With the elastoplastic, single-component polymer adhesive, our open-cell foam panels can be glued directly to the wall or ceiling. Our soni SPECIAL ADHESIVE is available in 310-ml-cartridges, in sets of 6 or 12 cartridges.

soni COMFORT is a very hard-wearing sound absorber made of a white PES non-woven fabric with exceptionally good sound-absorption capacity. In addition, soni COMFORT offers excellent fire-resistance values.
soni COMFORT has been tested successfully according to the DIN 4102 fire safety standard and is classified as fire-retardant (B1). Therefore it is the material of choice for all applications requiring both an effective noise reduction and full compliance with fire safety regulations. When used as a ceiling element, soni COMFORT also fulfills the impact-resistance requirements according to DIN 18032-3 and is ideally suited for use in sports facilities and gymnasiums.
What is more, soni COMFORT is aging-resistant, free of mineral fibers and physiologically perfectly safe. All this makes soni COMFORT a true all-rounder for effective sound-conditioning measures in a wide variety of room types.
For covering entire wall or ceiling surfaces we recommend using soni COMFORT F. While soni COMFORT has plain edges, soni COMFORT F has beveled edges all around (10 x 10 mm), creating a beautiful visual effect when installed edge to edge. Noise protection for daycare centers | kindergartens | schools
Particularly in places where many children come together, there is often an especially high noise level – one of the main stress factors for educators, teachers and the children themselves. Poor room acoustics with a high level of reverberation lead to an unpleasant ambience and hence reduce the children’s ability to concentrate and learn. Long-term exposure to such permanent (yet often subliminal) stress can result in significant health impairments.

Sound protection / noise control in a preschool
Preschool teachers in Porta Westfalica, Germany, told us about an effective noise reduction project in their preschool: The rooms used by the preschool had originally been equipped with sound reduction panels, but the latter had been painted over at some point of time so that reverberation and noise in the rooms reached extremely high levels. This was very stressful and fatiguing for the preschool teachers and also for the children.
When looking for a solution on the internet, we soon found the company soniflex. We decided to order soni PROTECT 50 mm white sound absorber panels. We covered the ceiling as well as the upper part of the walls with the sound protection panels. The acoustically effective foam panels are very lightweight and easy to handle. So we had no trouble doing the installation ourselves, using soniflex special adhesive. Four adults managed to install 102 m² (almost 1150 square feet) of noise reduction material in about 9 hours of work within two days. The preschool teachers are very satisfied with the noise reduction effect of the acoustic foam panels.
The reduced noise level also does away with a source of stress and distraction for the children. Now they do not have to shout anymore when playing or talking with each other.
Noise reduction in a preschool
After installing soniflex sound protection material at the preschool, the administration reports:
To reduce the overall noise level in the playroom of our preschool, we cut a variety of circles and semi-circles from soni PROTECT acoustic panels in different thicknesses and arranged them in a decorative pattern on the ceiling. Using templates, cutting the circles and semi-circles was very easy.
To fix the sound protection shapes on the ceiling we used soniflex special adhesive, which we ordered together with the panels. A very fast and effective installation method, without dust or dirt.
The result: At low costs and with a minimum of effort, we achieved a great result. Now the noise level is so much lower!
Sound protection in a classroom

Noise reduction in a recreation room
A dull, boring and noisy school recreation room has been turned into an architectural showcase for creative design and a comfortable, noise-reduced atmosphere.
