soni SPIRALE RESIST: Invisible fixing for your soni RESIST acoustic panels

With the soni SPIRALE RESIST stainless steel mounting screws, you can fix your acoustic panels securely, permanently and almost invisibly to walls or ceilings. The screws are screwed directly into the panel, creating a stable base for the UHU® PolyMax mounting adhesive. This results in a particularly elegant fixing solution with no visible screws or fixings.


Conventional adhesives do not adhere directly to soni RESIST acoustic panels. The mounting spirals are therefore inserted between the wall and the panel: the specially formulated mounting adhesive bonds the wall to the spirals, whilst the spirals hold securely within the soni RESIST panel. This ensures the panels are fixed reliably and permanently.

Made from stainless steel, the soni SPIRALE RESIST mounting spirals are suitable not only for indoor use but also for use in damp environments such as swimming pools, sports facilities, car washes or sheltered outdoor areas.

Installation recommendations

To ensure secure and even fixing, we recommend:

✔ Installation: 4–5 mounting spirals per soni RESIST panel
✔ Always use mounting screws in combination with an adhesive
✔ Maintain a minimum distance of 150 mm from the edge of the panel
✔ Distribute fixing points evenly across the entire acoustic panel
✔ Allow the adhesive to cure fully before subjecting the acoustic panels to full load

When used in combination with the soni SPIRALE RESIST, it creates a reliable fixing system that can withstand even the most demanding weather conditions over the long term. Installation is simple and efficient: first, the soni SPIRALE RESIST is screwed into the soundproofing panel. The adhesive is then applied to the protruding end of the spiral, and the panel is pressed onto the prepared substrate. The assembly adhesive permanently bonds the spiral to the substrate, ensuring a robust and long-lasting fix. Apply the assembly adhesive to the end of the spiral. 3. Press the panel onto the prepared substrate and align it. 4. Allow the adhesive to cure before subjecting the panel to full load. Important note:Due to the material properties of the soundproofing panel, the adhesive does not bond directly to the surface of the insulation material. A secure and permanent fix is therefore only possible in combination with the soni SPIRALE RESIST. Ensure that they are correctly aligned, as the contact adhesive will adhere immediately. Apply even pressure to ensure good adhesion. If necessary, you can use a roller or similar tool. Note: One spray can is sufficient for approx. 8-10 m².

Our soni SPECIAL ADHESIVE is an ideal adhesive for spot and full-surface fixation of sound-insulation materials and acoustic elements made of open-cell foam, especially melamine and PUR foams. The solvent-free, stable soni SPECIAL ADHESIVE provides excellent adherence to typical building materials, such as concrete, plaster, masonry, cement and wood. With the elastoplastic, single-component polymer adhesive, our open-cell foam panels can be glued directly to the wall or ceiling. Our soni SPECIAL ADHESIVE is available in 310-ml-cartridges, in sets of 6 or 12 cartridges. Please note: soni SPECIAL ADHESIVE is not suitable for PE foams such as soni RESIST. Keep out of reach of children!
