Payment and Shipping

The minimum order value (value of goods) is EUR 30.00 inclusive of VAT (= EUR 25.21 exclusive of VAT).

Payment is to be made in advance (bank transfer, credit card or PayPal).

By arrangement, we also supply public institutions and companies on account, subject to a positive credit check.

Please transfer the amount in advance upon receipt of our order confirmation by email.

Please always include your order number and your name when making a bank transfer.

When paying via PayPal, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal payment page. To use this payment method, you will need a customer account on the website www.paypal.de. Please have your PayPal login details to hand. We accept all PayPal payment options.

You can also pay conveniently via PayPal using your credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). With this payment method, you will not incur any additional costs from us or the payment service provider, except for exchange rate fees when converting currencies other than EUR.

Once you have completed your order, you will be redirected via a secure connection to an external page operated by the payment service provider PayPal. There, you can simply enter your bank details. A PayPal account is NOT required and does not need to be opened.

When paying by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), you will be automatically redirected via a secure connection to the payment page (external payment site). We dispatch via DHL Parcel.

Delivery is available within the European Union.

Within Germany, the delivery time is approximately 5–10 days.

We will indicate any deviating delivery times on the relevant product page.

Should the ordered product not be available for delivery on time, we will inform you immediately.

Orders received by us before 9.00 am from Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day, subject to availability and receipt of payment – except on public holidays.

Important note:

Despite taking every care, damage may occur during transit. In this case, we will, of course, replace the damaged items for you.

However, please note the following procedure:

Any transport damage that is apparent must be reported to the DHL courier immediately upon receipt of the goods and confirmed in writing. If the box is severely damaged, suggesting that the discs may also be damaged, we recommend that you refuse to accept the parcel.
