soni SPIRALE RESIST: Invisible fixing for your soni RESIST acoustic panels With the soni SPIRALE RESIST stainless steel mounting screws, you can fix your acoustic panels securely, permanently and almost invisibly to walls or ceilings. The screws are screwed directly into the panel, creating a stable base for the UHU® PolyMax mounting adhesive. This results in a particularly elegant fixing solution with no visible screws or fixings. Conventional adhesives do not adhere directly to soni RESIST acoustic panels. The mounting spirals are therefore inserted between the wall and the panel: the specially formulated mounting adhesive bonds the wall to the spirals, whilst the spirals hold securely within the soni RESIST panel. This ensures the panels are fixed reliably and permanently. Made from stainless steel, the soni SPIRALE RESIST mounting spirals are suitable not only for indoor use but also for use in damp environments such as swimming pools, sports facilities, car washes or sheltered outdoor areas. Installation is simple and efficient: first, the soni SPIRALE RESIST is screwed into the soundproofing panel. The adhesive is then applied to the protruding end of the spiral, and the panel is pressed onto the prepared substrate. The assembly adhesive permanently bonds the spiral to the substrate, ensuring a robust and long-lasting fix. The adhesive bonds perfectly to the spiral, ensuring a reliable and durable connection. 1. Screw the soni SPIRALE RESIST into the soundproofing panel. 2. Apply the assembly adhesive to the end of the spiral. 3. Press the panel onto the prepared substrate and align it. 4. Allow the adhesive to cure before subjecting the panel to full load. Important note:Due to the material properties of the soundproofing panel, the adhesive does not bond directly to the surface of the insulation material. A secure and permanent fix is therefore only possible in combination with the soni SPIRALE RESIST. Our soni MOUNTING PINS offer an easy and fast method for the installation of acoustic materials on smooth and clean surfaces.  soni MOUNTING PINS have a base plate with self-adhesive back. The high-quality adhesive ensures secure installation of our acoustic materials for the long term. Use the enclosed fixation disk to hold the noise protection material in place. And, as a last step, cover the tip of the steel pin with the protective cap.
