soni ELEMENT Star – Star-shaped sound absorber for colourful walls

A star that not only looks good but also creates a quieter environment: soni ELEMENT Star combines decorative design with functional sound absorption. The star-shaped acoustic element is made from white polyester fleece and is optionally available with coloured decorative felt in modern, on-trend colours. Whether in group rooms, classrooms, doctors’ surgeries or play areas – the star adds a splash of colour to the wall and helps to create a pleasant atmosphere for learning and playing.

Less reverberation, better speech intelligibility

Easy wall mounting

There are various options available for installation on smooth, clean surfaces. soni SPECIAL ADHESIVE and WIKO spray adhesive are suitable for bonding. Alternatively,
soni ELEMENT Star can be fixed using soni VELCRO tape if you prefer not to use full-surface bonding. Important: The Velcro tape is intended exclusively for wall mounting and must not be used for ceiling mounting.

Strongly adhesive Velcro tape - for easy and fast installation of acoustic materials made from polyester (PES) non wovens. (Only for wall mounting)Our soni VELCRO tape is ideal for fastening acoustic elements such as soni ELEMENT, soni COMFORT, soni CIRCLE or soni HEXAGON. Cut the Velcro strip to the desired length and press the Velcro sidefirmly onto the non-wovenmaterial of the acoustic product. Then peel off theprotective filmand glue the element to the wall at the desired position. This fixingmethod allows you to remove or replace the acoustic element at any time if necessary. Recommended length of the Velcro tape: For a secure hold, cut the Velcro tape to approximately the width of the acoustic element.

Our soni SPECIAL ADHESIVE is an ideal adhesive for spot and full-surface fixation of sound-insulation materials and acoustic elements made of open-cell foam, especially melamine and PUR foams. The solvent-free, stable soni SPECIAL ADHESIVE provides excellent adherence to typical building materials, such as concrete, plaster, masonry, cement and wood. With the elastoplastic, single-component polymer adhesive, our open-cell foam panels can be glued directly to the wall or ceiling. Our soni SPECIAL ADHESIVE is available in 310-ml-cartridges, in sets of 6 or 12 cartridges. Please note: soni SPECIAL ADHESIVE is not suitable for PE foams such as soni RESIST. Keep out of reach of children!

WIKO spray adhesive - strong adhesion for soundproofing materials WIKO spray adhesive is the ideal solution for the simple and secure bonding of soundproofing and insulation materials. Thanks to its strong adhesive strength and simple application, it enables reliable fastening to various surfaces. Application of WIKO spray adhesive Preparation Make sure that the surfaces to be covered are clean, dry and free of dust and grease. Applying the adhesive Shake the spray can well. Spray a thin film of WIKO spray adhesive evenly onto both surfaces: both the sound insulation panel and the surface to be bonded, as it is a contact adhesive. Flash-off time Allow the adhesive to flash off for 3-5 minutes. The adhesive should feel tacky but no longer be wet. Bonding Press the two surfaces firmly together. Ensure that they are correctly aligned, as the contact adhesive will adhere immediately. Apply even pressure to ensure good adhesion. If necessary, you can use a roller or similar tool. Note: One spray can is sufficient for approx. 8-10 m²Use a stencil to prevent adhesive streaks from appearing on visible surfaces

soni RING HANGER - for easy and fast mounting of acoustic materials. An excellent solution for the installation of sound absorbers such as soni ELEMENT, soni PROTECT or soni COMFORT.After removing the protective film, affix the soni ring hanger onto the acoustic element and hang it on the wall using the eyelet, e.g. on a hook nail (not included in the scope of delivery).
