soni PROTECT Art is a highly efficient acoustic panel made of an open-cell melamine foam (Basotect). The sound absorber soni PROTECT Art convinces with exceptionally good absorption properties and a visually very appealing design. The relief-like surface offers an enlarged absorber area and thus improves the room acoustics enormously.

With edge-to-edge installation or combined with our soni PROTECT panels, unique stylish and visually appealing wall motifs can be created. soni PROTECT Art combines a sophisticated look with effective sound reduction.

soni PROTECT Art has been tested successfully according to European and German fire safety standards and can therefore be used wherever you need to reduce the noise level with materials that meet strict fire safety regulations.

In addition, soni PROTECT Art is highly resistant to ageing, free of mineral fibres and physiologically perfectly safe.

Our soni SPECIAL ADHESIVE is an ideal adhesive for spot and full-surface fixation of sound-insulation materials and acoustic elements made of open-cell foam, especially melamine and PUR foams. The solvent-free, stable soni SPECIAL ADHESIVE provides excellent adherence to typical building materials, such as concrete, plaster, masonry, cement and wood. With the elastoplastic, single-component polymer adhesive, our open-cell foam panels can be glued directly to the wall or ceiling. Our soni SPECIAL ADHESIVE is available in 310-ml-cartridges, in sets of 6 or 12 cartridges. Please note: soni SPECIAL ADHESIVE is not suitable for PE foams such as soni RESIST. Keep out of reach of children!

Acoustic baffles are hung from the ceiling by means of foam-suspension spirals (mind. 50 mm). They are easily inserted into the sheets and can be suspended by means of the eyelets on a wire rope or suspended from hooks.The eyelets can be bent open to serve as hooks. Thanks to its strong adhesive strength and simple application, it enables reliable fastening to various surfaces. Application of soni WIKO spray adhesive Preparation Make sure that the surfaces to be covered are clean, dry and free of dust and grease. Applying the adhesive Shake the spray can well. Spray a thin film of soni WIKO spray adhesive evenly onto both surfaces: both the sound insulation panel and the surface to be bonded, as it is a contact adhesive. Flash-off time Allow the adhesive to flash off for 3-5 minutes. The adhesive should feel tacky but no longer be wet. Bonding Press the two surfaces firmly together. Ensure that they are correctly aligned, as the contact adhesive will adhere immediately. Apply even pressure to ensure good adhesion. If necessary, you can use a roller or similar tool. Note: One spray can is sufficient for approx. 8-10 m².
