The PUR acoustic panel combines powerful sound absorption with a robust, washable imitation leather surface – perfect for demanding applications in the agricultural environment. soni 485 meets the fire standards required for vehicle construction in accordance with FMVSS 302 and DIN 75200.

Thanks to its easy processing, soni 485 can be quickly and flexibly adapted to ceiling and wall surfaces. The panels can be cut to size with a utility knife. Installation is straightforward using a standard contact or spray adhesive from a hardware store, which should have a temperature resistance of +80°C. This makes replacing the headliner an efficient DIY project for any farmer.

soni 485 is a high-performance acoustic panel for sound insulation in the cabs of agricultural machinery. It combines effective sound absorption with a robust, washable synthetic leather surface.

What is soni 485 particularly suitable for?

soni 485 is ideal for lining cabs in tractors, combine harvesters, and other agricultural machinery. The panel reduces noise levels and noticeably improves driver comfort. The foam panel is particularly suitable for replacing a worn headliner, for example in older tractors or after intensive use. This not only makes the cab quieter, but also enhances its appearance and functionality.

How is soni 485 installed?

Installation is straightforward: the acoustic panels can be cut to size with a utility knife and securely attached to wall or ceiling surfaces using a standard contact adhesive that is temperature-resistant up to at least +80°C.

Is the surface of soni 485 washable?

Yes, the surface is made of high-quality synthetic leather and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth – ideal for use in dirty or dusty environments such as agricultural machinery.

soni 1116 ALG is a two-component material for heat protection and acoustic insulation: The heat-resistant surface layer is made from a high-quality aluminum foil and reliably reflects heat radiation. The bottom layer consists in a quilted glass fiber mat, which is responsible for the heat insulation effect as well as for the sound-insulation properties.
